If you sign up for any service and need to cancel for any reason WITHIN 24 HOURS of signing up and paying, I will provide a full refund, no questions asked. If you request a refund after the 24 hour mark, I will use my discretion to determine if you will be granted a refund.
When determining if a refund will be granted, I will use the timestamp on your purchase through Stripe AND the timestamp on your refund request form submission.
Reasons I may not grant a refund:
-you are asking for a refund more than 24 hours after your purchase transaction
-you are asking for a refund for a service I have already performed
If you would like a refund, you must fill out the refund request form below, no exceptions. I am really good about replying to emails quickly and I will refund you quickly, assuming your purchase is entitled to a refund. Either way, I will email you a confirmation of your refund status & the amount you are to be refunded then will process your refund. You will receive a second email from me once your refund is processed. Please allow 24 hours for me to email you about your refund. Thank you!
